Print & Sign Hub is a wholesale trade supplier as well as a retail printer. If you sell print or signage to your own clients, a trade account gives you our wholesale pricing, so you can quote confidently and keep the margin.
What is a print reseller?
A print reseller sells printed or signage products to their own customers, but doesn't print or fabricate them in-house. You handle the client, the brief and the artwork; we handle production. Your client deals with you, not with us.
Businesses that usually qualify:
- Design studios and freelance designers who want to supply the finished job, not just the artwork file.
- Marketing, branding and advertising agencies producing print and signage as part of a campaign.
- Print brokers and print management companies.
- Sign shops and printers outsourcing work outside their own capability — wide format, rigid signs, or overflow when the press is full.
- Promotional product and merchandise suppliers adding print to what they already sell.
- Shopfitters, builders and event companies who supply signage to clients as part of a larger job.
What a trade account is not: it isn't a discount for buying in bulk for your own business. If you're buying signage for premises you operate — a school, a childcare group, a franchise, a construction firm — you want a corporate account instead. Same idea, different terms. Ask us and we'll set you up on the right one.
What you get
- Wholesale trade pricing across our range, tiered by volume. Your rates are set when your account is approved and show automatically once you're signed in — you never have to ask for a quote to know what something costs.
- Pricing you can quote from. Enter the size and quantity in our calculators and you get your trade price on the spot, including quantity breaks, so you can build a client quote in minutes.
- Blind shipping. On request we ship direct to your client with no Print & Sign Hub branding, docketing or pricing in the carton. As far as your client is concerned, it came from you.
- Nationwide production from multiple locations. All work is printed and finished in the location closest the delivery required for best speed of distribution.
- A named contact. Not a ticket queue. Someone who knows your accounts and your usual specs.
- Artwork checked before it runs. We flag bleed, resolution, colour build and cut-path problems before production, not after — the most expensive reprint is the one your client has already seen.
- Trade terms. Established accounts can apply for 7 or 30 day terms once a trading history is in place.
- Straight answers on what's possible. If a job won't work as specified, we'll tell you what will, before you've quoted it.
What we expect from you
Trade pricing is lower because trade work is less work at our end. Keeping it that way means:
- You hold the client relationship. Briefs, approvals, revisions and payment stay with you.
- Artwork supplied print-ready — correct size, bleed, and outlined fonts. We'll fix small things and tell you about them; full artwork setup is a separate design charge, quoted before we start.
- A registered business. ABN required. Trade pricing is for businesses reselling print, not for personal purchases.
- Trade pricing stays between us. Your rates are confidential and aren't to be passed on to end clients as our pricing.
- Payment on the agreed terms. Accounts start on payment up front; terms come with trading history.
How to apply
Fill in the form below. We read every application ourselves - it isn't automated.
- You apply using the form on this page. It takes a couple of minutes.
- We check it over and come back to you within one business day, usually the same day.
- We'll talk it through if there's anything to clarify - what you sell, typical volumes, the products you need most.
- Your account goes live with your trade pricing applied. Sign in and every price you see is yours.
Already ordering with us on retail pricing? Apply anyway and we'll move your existing account across rather than making you start again.
Common questions
Is there a minimum spend or a joining fee?
No joining fee. There's no ongoing minimum to keep an account open, though the volume tiers mean the more you place with us, the better your pricing gets.
What does trade pricing actually save me?
It depends on the product and the volume, which is why we set your rates against what you actually buy rather than publishing a single number. Apply and we'll show you your pricing against the products you sell most.
Can you ship to my client without your branding on it?
Yes — tell us when you place the order and it ships blind, with no branding or pricing in the carton.
Do you ship outside nationwide?
Yes, Australia-wide. Freight is quoted on the job, and turnaround allows for transit.
I'm a designer, not a reseller. Does that count?
If you're supplying finished printed work to your clients and invoicing them for it, yes. If you only hand over artwork files for the client to print themselves, a trade account won't help you - but we're happy to be the printer you recommend.
What if my client goes direct to you?
They'll be quoted retail pricing. We won't undercut you on your own client.
