Choose your product and size
Browse the range or start from Find a Solution if you're not sure what you need. Every product has a live calculator — pick your size, material and quantity and the price updates as you go, with volume discounts applied automatically. No waiting on a quote to find out what something costs.

Place your order
Nothing is charged when you check out. Your card is authorised but not captured, so you're not paying for a job we haven't checked yet. Trade customers on account terms are invoiced instead, on their usual terms.

Send us your artwork
Attach your files on the product page as you order, or use the artwork upload link for anything large — print files often exceed what email will carry. Every size has a downloadable print template already set up with the right dimensions and bleed, so your file fits first time.

We check everything
A real person checks your files before anything moves — resolution, bleed, colours, fonts and finished size against what you've ordered. If something won't print well, we tell you and fix it rather than printing it badly and hoping.

You approve the proof
We email you a digital proof showing exactly what will be produced. Nothing goes to print until you've approved it. If it's not right, we amend and send it again.

Payment
Payment is taken once you've approved your proof — before production begins. That way you've seen precisely what you're paying for, and your job goes straight into the queue with nothing left to hold it up.
Account customers are invoiced on their agreed terms and don't pay up front.

Into production
Your job enters production and is made to order. Production times vary by product and are shown on each product page, so you know where you stand before you order.

Dispatch, delivery or pickup
Once your job passes its final check it's packed and dispatched, or ready for collection from the location chosen at checkout.

Every time your job moves to a new stage in our system, you get an email. Awaiting artwork, processing, in production, ready for pickup, shipped, completed — you'll hear from us at each one, so you never have to ring up and ask where something is.
