Production & Dispatch

• Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity and finishing options, and larger or custom jobs may take longer. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Delivery

• We deliver Australia wide using reputable couriers and Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier and are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details where available.

Local pickup

• Local pickup is available from our Balcatta premises and from various other
  locations, which are shown at checkout. If pickup is available for your order
  you can select it at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready
  to collect.

Delays

• While we work hard to meet estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

Incorrect address

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us or delayed due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
