Print & Signage for Real Estate Agents

Boards, frames, open-home signage and sold stickers — produced for agencies across Australia, priced on the spot and proofed before anything prints.

Real estate runs on print and signage as much as it runs on property. The board out the front does more prospecting than any ad, and the agent whose name is on twenty boards across a suburb is the one who gets the next call — but the business cards, fridge magnets and sold stickers do just as much work. Here's the print and signage we produce for agencies across Australia, in the order a campaign actually needs it.

Winning the listing

Before there's a property to sell, there's a pitch to win. This stage is almost entirely print.

The campaign — on-site signage

This is the workhorse. Most agencies run a mix of one-off property boards and a reusable frame system.

  • Corflute signs — the standard photo board. Light, cheap enough to be disposable, and easy to cable-tie or screw to a fence. Printed per property.
  • Ready To Go sign frame kit — a reusable frame you slot new Corflute panels into, so you're only reprinting the artwork, not the structure. Far cheaper across a year than one-off boards.
  • Water-fill bases for verge and nature-strip placement where you can't fix to anything.
  • Additional horizontal bar sets to extend a frame for larger boards or multi-panel displays.
  • Aluminium composite panel for development sites and long-running campaigns that need to survive months outdoors rather than weeks.

A note on sizing: bigger isn't automatically better. A board has to be readable from a moving car, which is about contrast and how few words you use, not sheer area. Agent name, phone, and one clear call to action beats a crowded board every time.

Open homes

Directional signage on the day is what converts drive-past traffic into through-the-door traffic.

Sold, and staying sold

The sold sticker is the cheapest marketing an agency buys. It converts a completed job into a suburb-wide advertisement for weeks.

The office and shopfront

The car

Agents live in their vehicles, and a branded car is a moving board in every street you park in.

  • Vehicle signage — cut decals for a permanent look, or removable magnets if the car is also personal or leased.

What this typically costs

Every product on this page has a live calculator — choose your size and quantity and you'll see the price before you commit, with the discount applied automatically as volume rises. Corflute boards in particular get dramatically cheaper per unit at agency quantities, so it's worth pricing a full run rather than ordering property by property.

Getting started

If you already have agency-branded artwork, upload it here and we'll check it before anything prints. If you don't, tell us what you need and we'll work it out with you — most agencies start with a frame system and a batch of Corflute panels, then add the print as campaigns come up.

What we'd recommend

The products most businesses like yours order. Every one has a live price calculator — choose your size and quantity to see the price.

A tip from our Balcatta bench: order your SOLD stickers with the board, not after it. Agencies who wait almost always pay twice for freight on a $6 sticker.
