Backlit film is printed with a heavier ink layer than a standard poster so colours stay rich and saturated when light passes through them, rather than washing out. The 300gsm weight sits flat in a frame without curling or rippling, and diffuses light evenly so you get a smooth, consistent glow instead of hot spots around the globes.
